4. Lawful bases
Depending on the activity, we expect to rely on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or consent. The final lawful bases should be checked once all website, mailing and analytics services are selected.
5. Who receives your information?
Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with service providers such as Payhip, Stripe or PayPal, website hosting providers, email providers, professional advisers and authorities where legally required. Each provider has its own privacy information and may act as an independent controller for some processing.

This coming-soon version does not operate a shopping basket or take payments. Payhip or another checkout provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies once digital-product sales are introduced.
If analytics, advertising, embedded media or other non-essential technologies are added, the website should display an appropriate consent control and this notice should be updated before those tools are activated.
10. Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should contact us promptly if you believe your information has been misused.
