1. What you are buying
Each product is a digital AAT revision resource supplied as one or more PDF files. The product page will state the unit, level, price and included materials. Unless expressly stated, no printed copy, live tuition or official assessment booking is included.
2. Payment and access
Payment and automated delivery will be handled by Payhip. After successful payment, the purchaser should receive immediate access on screen and an email containing a download link. Access depends on the purchaser providing a valid email address and maintaining access to that inbox.
3. Download problems
Before contacting us, please check the purchaser’s spam or junk folder, confirm that payment completed and try the Payhip download page again. For further support, email hello@deanquartermaineaccountancy.co.uk with the order reference and the email address used at checkout.
4. File compatibility
PDF files require a device and application capable of opening standard PDF documents. Customers are responsible for checking that their device is suitable. Where possible, a current PDF reader and stable internet connection should be used.
5. Personal use only
One purchase is licensed to one learner for personal revision. The purchaser may save the file on their own devices and print a reasonable number of copies for personal study. Sharing through email, messaging, cloud folders, social media, classrooms or online groups is prohibited.
6. Watermarking and download controls
Files may be stamped with purchaser information and download access may be limited to protect the material from unauthorised distribution. Such controls do not remove the purchaser’s right to reasonable access to a valid purchase.
7. Refund and cancellation approach
Digital access is intended to begin immediately after payment. A change-of-mind refund is therefore not normally available once access or downloading has started, subject always to statutory rights. Customers should contact us where a product is faulty, materially different from its description, duplicated in error or not delivered.
8. Updates
A purchase covers the version supplied at the time of the order unless the product page specifically promises future updates. We may correct errors or update files at our discretion. Customers should check the version date and current qualification or tax rules before use.
9. Independent educational material
The resources are independently produced practice materials. They are not official AAT assessments, do not reproduce live assessment content and do not guarantee a result. AAT remains the owner of its trademarks and official qualification materials.
