1. What you are buying
ExamReady purchases unlock online access to AAT units on your ExamReady account: the practice questions on every topic of the unit and its timed mock exam. You can unlock a single unit, every unit at one level, or every unit. Nothing is downloaded or posted, and no live tuition or official AAT assessment booking is included.
Every account can also choose one unit to keep free, and you can try a sample question from any unit without an account.
2. Payment and access
Payments are taken by Stripe. Once Stripe confirms your payment, the units you bought are unlocked on your account, normally straight away. If a unit has not unlocked within a few minutes of paying, refresh the page, then contact us if it is still locked.
3. What you need
ExamReady runs in a web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. You need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Your progress is saved to your account, so you can carry on from any device.
4. How long access lasts
Every unlock is a one-off payment with no subscription. Units stay on your account for as long as your account exists and we run ExamReady. Level and “everything” unlocks include units added later. If you delete your account, everything on it is deleted, including paid units, and cannot be restored.
5. Personal use only
Each account is for one learner. Please do not share your login or copy, publish or pass on questions, answers or workings. We may suspend accounts that are shared or used to copy content.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You normally have 14 days from your purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, unless you asked for access to start straight away and confirmed at checkout that you understood you would lose this right once access began. See section 8 of the terms and conditions.
Whatever the timing, we will put things right if a unit does not unlock, you were charged twice, or the content is faulty or not as described.
7. Errors in questions
Every question in ExamReady has a reference shown beneath it, so any problem can be reproduced exactly. If you think a question, answer or mark is wrong, use the report option on the question. We read every report and correct questions where needed.
8. Updates
We update questions to correct errors and keep them in line with the AAT specifications. Tax units use the Finance Act rates and allowances shown in ExamReady and are updated when AAT moves its assessments to a new Finance Act. Your access always shows the current version.
9. Independent educational material
ExamReady is independently produced practice material. It is not an official AAT assessment, does not reproduce live assessment content and does not guarantee a result. AAT remains the owner of its trademarks and official qualification materials.
